Terms for using the Lloop website and buying from our online store

Trading name

Lloop

Legal entity

thelittleloop Limited (company number 12309519)

Effective date

20 July 2026

These terms are between you and thelittleloop Limited, trading as Lloop. Please read them before placing an order. They do not affect statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About us

We are thelittleloop Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Lloop. Our company registration number is 12309519 and our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. Our registered VAT number is 338855460. Our trading and returns address is 3 Parnell Court, East Portway, Andover, SP10 3LX. Contact: hello@thelittleloop.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for information supplied through your account.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the business, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We will act proportionately and will not limit rights relating to completed consumer purchases.

3. Product information and preloved condition

Most items are preloved and unique. Normal signs of prior use may be present. We grade and price items according to condition and aim to describe any material wear, alteration or defect. Product images may include brand-supplied or representative images, alongside photographs or descriptions of relevant item-specific imperfections.

Colours and scale can vary between screens. Measurements and sizing are approximate, and brand sizing can vary. Nothing in this clause limits the requirement that goods match their description and be of satisfactory quality, taking their preloved nature, price and disclosed condition into account.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout. We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Payment must be authorised by the payment provider. Store credit, vouchers, promotional codes and gift cards are subject to any additional terms shown when issued. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be usable for delivery charges.

5. Placing an order and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy the goods in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation indicating acceptance.

Because items are usually one of a kind, an item may occasionally become unavailable because of a stock discrepancy, damage found during final checks or simultaneous orders. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any amount paid.

We may reject an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or description error, delivery restrictions, stock unavailability or breach of these terms.

6. Delivery

Our current delivery service and territories are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, unless you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Ownership

You own the goods once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.

9. Promotions, credit and vouchers

We may withdraw or amend promotions before an order is placed. Promotional terms will be displayed with the offer. We may refuse or cancel a discount obtained through error, misuse, duplicate accounts or other activity inconsistent with the stated promotion, but we will not remove accrued rights unfairly.

Lloop account credit may be subject to separate earning and redemption rules shown when credit is issued. Where credit represents consideration owed to you for items sold to us, any additional seller terms presented during that transaction will apply.

10. Selling, trade-in and clear-out services

Where the website lets you send or sell items to us, the transaction may be governed by separate seller, trade-in or clear-out terms displayed before you submit the items. Those terms may cover eligibility, valuation, ownership transfer, treatment of rejected items, postage, credit and vouchers.

Only use labels supplied or expressly approved by us for a prepaid seller return. We cannot accept responsibility for a parcel sent using another label, except to the extent that loss or damage is caused by us. You should retain tracking information.

11. Website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes consistent with these terms. You must not interfere with security, scrape or copy substantial parts of the site without permission, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse promotions, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

12. Intellectual property

The website, Lloop branding, software, text, graphics and original content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and use them for normal shopping and personal reference. No other right is granted.

Brand names and product images belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References to brands do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

13. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting our services. We may moderate or remove content for legitimate reasons.

14. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss suffered by a consumer, or for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.

Nothing excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

15. Events outside our control

If an event outside our reasonable control affects performance, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will contact you where there is a material delay. Your legal cancellation rights remain unaffected.

16. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

17. Changes to these terms

The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that purchase. We may update the website terms for future use, but will not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing contract.

18. Transfer and third-party rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your rights. You may transfer your rights only where the law permits or with our written agreement. No person other than you and us has a right to enforce these terms, except a permitted successor.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms and consumer contracts are governed by English law. If you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint.
