Yes. If you have MORI clothing that is clean, wearable and ready for another owner, you can trade it in through Lloop.

Instead of photographing each item, writing listings, finding buyers and posting individual parcels, you send your clothes to us and we take care of the resale process for you.

How do I trade in my MORI clothes?

Start by opening your Lloop Closet and selecting the MORI pieces you would like to trade in. Eligible purchases linked to participating brand partners may already be waiting in your Closet or you can connect your closet to MORI to import them. Other items can be added manually.

Once you have selected the clothes you want to send, follow the instructions to send them to Lloop. We assess the items when they arrive and add your credit once they have been processed.

Do my MORI clothes have to have been bought directly from MORI?

No. Eligible MORI clothing can still be traded in even if it wasn't originally purchased directly from MORI.

Simply add the item to your Lloop Closet manually before including it in your trade-in.

Can I send clothes from other brands at the same time?

Yes. This is why Lloop is so much easier for you than other takeback schemes. You don't need to separate your wardrobe by brand.

You can include clean, wearable clothing from 300+ brands Lloop accepts in the same trade-in, making it easier to clear out several outgrown or unworn pieces in one go.

What condition do my clothes need to be in to sell to Lloop?

Please send clothes that are clean and wearable and that still have life left in them.

When your items arrive, our team checks each one and assesses its condition before deciding whether it can be resold. The condition also helps determine its resale value.

How much will I get for selling my MORI clothes?

The amount you receive depends on the expected resale value of each item. Lloop considers factors including the brand, original retail price, condition and likely second-hand selling price.

You will see an estimated value in your closet before you send an item.

The final value may change if its condition differs from the condition expected when it is assessed.

Do I have to pay postage to trade in my clothes?

Return postage is free when you trade in 10 or more eligible items. Qualifying Lloop Clearout Bags also include free return postage.

The selling journey will show the postage options available before you send your clothes.

What happens to my MORI clothes after I send them to Lloop?

Every item is individually assessed by the Lloop team.

Items accepted for resale are prepared for their next owner, condition checked, photographed and listed for sale on Lloop. We then take care of selling, packing and shipping them — so you don't have to manage individual buyers or listings yourself.

What happens if one of my items can't be resold?

If an item isn't suitable for resale, Lloop aims to keep it out of general waste through its reuse and recycling routes wherever possible.

Please only send clean, wearable items from brands we accept, as this gives your clothes the best chance of finding another owner.

What can I do with my Lloop credit?

Your credit can be spent with Lloop or used towards vouchers with participating partner brands.

That means the clothes you no longer wear can help fund something you or your family need next — whether that's another preloved find or something new from one of our partner brands.
